LG V30 Now Available at AT&T, T-Mobile & Verizon(New Series of mobile phone)
The LG V30 is finally available, and despite earlier announcements of it going up for pre-order today and officially launching on October 13th, it appears that carriers are allowing customers to purchase today and ship immediately. So those that are interested in getting the LG V30 can pick one up today from AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Those that want an unlocked LG V30 will need to wait a bit longer, as B&H Photo isn’t yet taking pre-orders for its unlocked model, but it should be in the next few weeks.
LG announced the V30 back in August at IFA in Berlin, and it took over a month for the device to finally become available. The LG V30 has been hailed, by early reviews, as one of the best smartphones of the year. And that is largely due to the camera. LG has decided to stick with its dual-camera setup on the V30, giving us a 16-megapixel main shooter with an aperture of f/1.6. And then a secondary wide-angle camera which is a 13-megapixel shooter. LG has also focused on the video quality from this camera, as expected, making it a great smartphone for creators. LG has also brought the quad DAC to all models of the V30, so everyone can get some great sounding music out of their smartphone. Otherwise, it sports a 6-inch Quad HD+ OLED display, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and a micro SD card slot. There is also a non-removable 3300mAh battery inside for keeping it charged all day long.
Sprint is getting the LG V30+, which is a slightly upgraded LG V30, and that is launching next week on October 13th. It doesn’t appear that the carrier will be doing pre-orders on the V30+. Now T-Mobile is offering up the LG V30 for $80 down and $30/month, or $800 outright. AT&T’s pricing is a tad different, with 30 monthly payments of $27 and $0 down or $809.99 full retail – AT&T also has the LG V30 in Cloud Silver and Aurora Black, while others have just Cloud Silver. Finally, Verizon is offering up the LG V30 on Verizon EDGE for $35/month for 24 months, or a full retail price of $840, making it the most expensive of the three carriers. Purchasing the LG V30 from all three carriers does get you a VR content pack from Google for Daydream which is valued at $40. Verizon is also throwing in a $200 prepaid card if you purchase the device between now and November 6th.
